EHS Gymnastics Team won 2017 State Championship. It is the girls 12th state championship in a row, and they have won 25 state championships overall. Congratulations!
In our continuing effort to ensure a safe and welcoming environment at the Essex Community Educational Center, some significant changes have been made to Educational Drive in front of Essex High School.
AP Art students painted portraits of young Colombian orphans (3-4 years old). The Memory Project was also able to make a collective financial donation of $5,300 to support food for the children and their early education program.
Program offers students and their families alternatives to the school, to which students are generally assigned by the location of their family residence. School Choice Applications are due by March 1st.
We are pleased to announce that EHS Program of Studies for the 2017-2018 school year has been published online. It contains the official listing of approved high school courses of study for EHS students.
SBAC Testing will be implemented for different grades on March 14, 21, 22 & 23 from 8:30-11:00 AM. Make Ups scheduled for 3/15, 3/24, and 3/27 from 8:00-2:30 in library computer lab.

Robot Rockfest was held on February 11, 2017 10:00am – 5:00pm at EHS. This event was a qualifier for Super Regionals in Pennsylvania next month. 15 Vermont teams and 17 teams from NH, RI, MA, NY, CT, and NJ.
