Essex Parks and Recreation Department is offering a Spring RAD class. All 12th grade female students should have gotten an email with details about the program. EHS will be covering the cost.


10th grade meetingsApril 04, 2017

All 10th grade students will be meeting with their school counselor over the next few weeks.


SBAC TestingMarch 21, 2017

SBAC Testing will be implemented for different grades on March 21, 22, 23 & 28 from 8:30-11:00 AM. Juniors Only: 8:30 – 11:00 – testing
9th, 10th and 12th grades: Delayed Start.


AP Exam Registration FormsMarch 17, 2017

Monday, March 20 by 3:00 is when all AP exam registration forms and checks are due in the school counseling office. If forms are turned in after this there will be an additional $20 per exam late fee. NO REGISTRATION FORMS WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER MARCH 24th AT 3:00.

* A senior at Essex High School attending college in the fall.
* Demonstrate academic achievement (minimum of a C or 80)
* Completion of the required essay.

You will need an ADD/DROP form. Click here for the form or you can stop by the School Counseling Office to pick one up. It must be signed by a parent or guardian. Your 2nd semester schedule can be viewed through your School Port or Powerschool account (2nd semester begins 1/27).
