Welcome to Health Services

EHS nurses are dedicated to providing quality support for all students regarding health and wellness. We have licensed school nurses in the office Monday through Friday 7:45 am to 2:50 pm while school is in session. If you have any questions or concerns please do not hesitate to contact us any time via email: ehs-nurses@ccsuvt.org .

Optimum health is essential for learning and enhances school success. Licensed school nurses work in conjunction with families, doctors, staff, and community, provide counseling, support, and education for students as they move toward independent living. Daily direct nursing service includes illness and injury assessment and intervention, emergency care, medication administration, and health counseling. The goals of Health Services are to help students develop strategies to manage health issues and enhance personal wellness.

Vision screenings, immunization compliance, and other public health mandates are managed by Health Services. Parents may request additional vision and hearing screenings.

Medical or Mental Health Absences:

If a student has five (5) consecutive and/or seven (7) or more cumulative absences due to a reported
medical or mental health condition, please notify the health office #879-5517.  The school may also require a physician’s note.
